Hobonichi Printers Drawer Pouch – Letterpress Art Director Organizer

Product Description

The Hobonichi “Printers Drawer” pouch was created in collaboration with art director Mitsunobu Hosoyamada. Inspired by the traditional printer’s drawer used to organize movable type for letterpress printing, the pouch combines a tool-box-inspired shape with flexible storage.

Available in large and small sizes, the pouch features a horizontally elongated form with a convenient top handle. Two orange zipper pulls allow the pouch to be opened and closed from either direction.

The interior uses movable dividers to separate and organize small items, making it easy to see where everything is stored. The dividers attach with hook-and-loop fasteners, so they can be repositioned or removed according to your needs.

The Large version includes three removable dividers and a mesh pocket on the underside of the lid with elastic bands for securing pens and other slim items. The Small version includes two removable dividers and a mesh lid pocket with elastic bands.

The exterior is made from water-resistant cotton with a wax-like paraffin finish. This treatment gives the fabric a structured feel and distinctive texture. The orange zipper pulls add a bright accent, while the center features a two-tone gray print inspired by the metal handle of a traditional printer’s drawer, along with the text “LETTERPRESS LETTERS,” the name of Hosoyamada’s letterpress studio.

The pouch can be used to organize work tools, hobby supplies, everyday accessories, or travel essentials.
