Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Free Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation Requests After 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is made more than 24 hours after the order is placed, a 4% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If the customer no longer wishes to keep the item, a return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Non-Cancelable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled once confirmed:

• Pre-Order Items
• Custom Orders
• Personalized Items
• Limited Edition Items
• Special Order Items

Orders with Incurred Costs

If an order has already entered the purchasing, processing, packaging, or shipping stage, we reserve the right to deny the cancellation request or deduct any actual costs incurred from the refund amount, including but not limited to:

• Product procurement costs
• Domestic and international shipping costs
• Warehousing and storage fees
• Handling and processing fees
• Other related expenses incurred in fulfilling the order

If the package has already been shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
