The Hobonichi Famous Paintings Memo Block Set is a unique stationery item that transforms everyday memo paper into pixel-style reproductions of famous works of art.

When the memo sheets are arranged in order from left to right, an image of a famous painting gradually appears. After enjoying the artwork, the individual sheets can be returned to the dedicated box and used as memo paper for everyday notes.

The set features four well-known paintings, including the Mona Lisa, Girl with a Pearl Earring, and Van Gogh's Self-Portrait. Each artwork has been carefully recreated using individual sheets of paper in different colors. By selecting and arranging specially chosen papers, the design creates a detailed pixel-art effect when viewed as a whole.

The paper was selected in collaboration with TAKEO, a Japanese specialty paper company, and includes several distinctive paper types with different colors and textures.
