The cover features a scene from Miyakoshi's picture book My Journey, created using the lithography printing technique. In the story, the main character travels in a dream from one unfamiliar town to another by airplane. The soft matte cover is finished with iridescent foil lettering that reads “Unforgettable Moments.”

The back cover features a sunrise view from above the clouds, inspired by the illustration used on the endpapers of the picture book. The artwork reflects Miyakoshi's fascination with the changing light seen from an international flight.

Inside, the pages feature a subtle pale mustard-yellow 3.7 mm grid that provides a gentle guide for writing, drawing, and sketching without being visually distracting. The notebook uses lightweight and durable Tomoe River paper and is designed to open flat to approximately 180 degrees for comfortable writing.

This is the first B6 size in the Hobonichi Grid Notebook series. It is slightly larger than the Hobonichi Original size while remaining more compact than the Cousin size. Its horizontal format makes it convenient for everyday notes as well as travel journaling at airports, on flights, in cafés, or wherever inspiration strikes.
